How It Works
Initial Survey
A BHW engineer conducts a site survey to record your boiler type, cylinder, pipework layout and controls, and to note any existing issues or manufacturer service requirements.

What a service plan covers — BHW service plans are built around real servicing work, not vague promises. Typical inclusions are annual boiler service and flue test, gas safety certificate where applicable, inspection of hot water cylinders (including unvented systems), system pressure and expansion vessel checks, pump and valve operation, thermostat and programmer calibration, radiator bleeding and TRV checks, and inhibitor top‑ups or system cleansing where required.
Tailored intervals and optional extras — Plans can be set to annual, biannual or bespoke intervals depending on system age and usage. Optional extras include priority emergency callouts, discounted labour rates for follow‑on repairs, landlord certificates, landlord periodic inspections, and carpentry or minor plumbing adjustments after a service visit.
